2004 Kancil Awards (Malaysia Advertising Awards) Objective: To design a distinctive and engaging invitation for the 2004 Kancil Awards that encourages participation by reinforcing the professional value of winning — industry recognition and increased visibility. Solution: Developed an invitation concept structured around the theme of professional development, positioning award participation as a pathway to industry recognition. The invitation was designed to resemble a motivational self-improvement book, using clear typographic hierarchy and strong visual contrast to communicate the message: participate in the awards and gain industry prominence. The format maintained professional presentation standards suitable for distribution to creative agencies and industry stakeholders. Outcome: Delivered a memorable and professionally executed invitation that clearly communicated the value of participation, supported event engagement, and strengthened the perceived prestige of the awards.

Meiji Hello Panda — Print Campaign Series

Chocolate, Strawberry & Milk Variants Objective: Position Hello Panda as a fun, imaginative children’s snack while reinforcing flavour recognition across variants. Solution: Created a comic-style print campaign system featuring a mischievous Panda sourcing each flavour’s key ingredient. Example Milk Variant: The Panda disguises himself as a cow to access fresh milk, only to be humorously discovered — reinforcing both flavour origin and playful brand personality. The structured campaign system allowed each flavour to stand independently while maintaining cohesive brand storytelling. Outcome: Strengthened brand personality, improved flavour recall and established a scalable storytelling framework.
